Okeson and Chemical Associates Limited is a private limited liability company incorporated on 18 July 2011 in Nigeria. The company began pre-incorporation operations on 1 February 1999 under the leadership of Managing Director Dr. Okei C. Friday as a chemical marketing and consulting firm.
Over the years, Okeson has grown into a well-established institution with more than twenty staff members and three offices across Anambra and Delta States, Nigeria. We remain committed to integrity in the sales and marketing of genuine, high-quality fine and industrial chemicals, active ingredients, fragrances, and specialty raw materials. As a result, NAFDAC enlisted the company as one of the authorised marketing companies for chemicals in Nigeria.
Our Laboratory Excellence
In 2005, we achieved a major milestone by establishing a Public Analyst/analytical laboratory in line with the IPAN Act Cap. I16 LFN 2004. The laboratory specialises in the analysis of water, food, cosmetics, drugs, and herbal remedies.
Our facility includes dedicated Wet Chemistry, Water, Instrument, and Microbiology laboratories, equipped with modern analytical instruments and validated test methods and standards. Okeson Laboratory is IPAN-registered with Laboratory Registration Number 0029.
Today, the laboratory conducts extensive collaborative research and analysis with higher institutions, manufacturing companies (supporting product registration with NAFDAC and SON), and students nationwide.
Consultancy & Project Expertise
Our consultancy unit has operated since the company’s inception and serves clients both nationally and internationally. We have developed products for over 100 companies and assisted in registering more than 1,000 products with NAFDAC and SON.
We maintain retainership arrangements with several corporate organisations for:

- Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
- Fumigation and pest control services
- Water treatment plant installation and monitoring
Okeson & Chemical Associates Limited is a registered contractor with selected State Governments and has successfully executed multiple projects, including rural and urban water scheme rehabilitation. We also provide consultancy support to some states on food export initiatives.
